The initial phase of a project starts out with talking with stakeholders to discover the problems, wants, and needs of the business and users. Then using existing or new research, testing, and data to gather evidence for the direction of the project.
Translating the information gathered from discovery into actionable knowledge. This is the phase where we start to form ideas to eventually settle on one to design.
Using the knowledge and ideas from the earlier steps, we start wireframing out a solution. Peer reviews with the team and testing it with users throughout the process to end up with a high-fidelity mockup.
Once the design is signed off by the team, the dev team takes over and builds it out.
